Welcome to Cricklade Manor Nursery for children aged 2-4, where we nurture young minds and create a foundation for lifelong learning.

Cricklade Manor Nursery is a happy and inspiring environment for children aged 2-4 years, in light and spacious classrooms set in the beautiful and secure walled garden of Cricklade Manor Prep School.

Year Round and Wrap Around Care: We understand how busy life is for working parents, that’s why we offer year-round flexible and affordable wrap-around care from 7.30am-6pm.

Skilled and Caring Staff: Our dedicated and experienced Nursery team are passionate about early childhood development. Preschool children also benefit from subject specialist teaching from staff at the school. Weekly PE sessions are led by PE staff, and Forest School sessions are led by a qualified Forest School leader.

Enriching Environment: Set inside our picturesque walled garden, our Nursery provides a serene setting. With access to spacious outdoor play areas, a forest school, a sports hall and astroturf, your little one will have ample opportunities to explore, learn and grow.

Engaging Curriculum: Our innovative curriculum combines play-based learning with structured activities, fostering creativity, critical thinking and social skills. Your child will explore various subjects, from arts and crafts to music and early literacy, preparing them for a bright academic future. They will be accompanied on their learning adventure by Woodland Explorer characters like Curious Cat, Friendly Frog and Creative Caterpillar, who help our children make sense of all areas of the Early Years’ curriculum.

Affordable and Flexible: Our competitive fees and flexible booking options make Cricklade Manor Nursery a convenient and affordable option. Prices start from just £38.75 a day (8am-1pm). We are registered with Wiltshire Council to apply the Early Years Free Entitlement funding to all 3 to 5 year olds. The universal 15 hours funding per week is available, plus a further 15 hours if parents are eligible. More information on fees is available here.
