We hold a whole-school Open Day each term. It is a great opportunity to get a first impression of life and learning at Cricklade Manor Prep.
On an Open Day you will be greeted by our Admissions staff and introduced to one of our Year 6 pupils, who will take you on a tour of the school. We encourage you to ask them whatever you like. Their answers will be candid and honest.
After the tour, you will have an opportunity to meet the Head, Guy Barrett and other members of staff, and chat to current parents, who will be able to give you their perspective on the school.

If you attend a Saturday Open Day, it will be something special. We give our children the opportunity to take part in a series of activities around a chosen theme, pulling in all parts of the curriculum. It illustrates our principle of making learning engaging, relevant and memorable. Although not every day in school is quite like an Open Day, this same approach is in evidence in our classrooms all year round.
After visiting an Open Day, we strongly recommend that you return on a normal school day for a Personal Visit. You will be able to see the school at work and play, and have more time with our Head to talk about your child, what you are looking for, and raise any specific queries.
