RECEPTION 2025: Explorer Morning

This is a special event for Pre-School children and their families.

Step into the world of Cricklade Manor Prep and experience the excitement of school life at our Explorer Morning! This fun-filled event offers a glimpse into life at our school through an engaging treasure hunt with our 7 curriculum-linked woodland explorer animals.

What to Expect:

  • An excellent opportunity for parents to ask questions and ease the transition into school life.

Join us for a morning of exploration and fun!

The morning will start with welcome refreshments and an inspiring talk from our Headmaster, Mr. Barrett. Then, grab your treasure maps and embark on an exciting adventure around the school with the help of our 7 woodland explorers:

  • Curious Cat – Understanding the World
  • Talkative Toad – Communication & Learning
  • Friendly Frog – Personal, Social & Emotional Development
  • Mathematical Mouse – Mathematics
  • Creative Caterpillar – Expressive Arts & Design
  • Wordy Weasel – Literacy
  • Sporty Squirrel – Physical Development

Along the way, you’ll have the chance to meet our passionate and friendly subject specialist teachers and participate in a variety of fun and engaging activities.
