Y6 Leadership Residential

To celebrate and prepare our Year 6 pupils for their final year at Cricklade Manor Prep they had a wonderful opportunity to take part in a Leadership Training Residential. They got to put their skills to the test as the spent two days of putting up tents, building campfires, climbing ropes, and sailing boats. Focusing on teamwork, communication and leadership, Yr 6 learnt the enjoyment of tackling and achieving new challenges together, preparing for their next big steps.
A fabulous time was had by all, with pupils leaving with happy smiles, important life skills and firm friendships.

“The thing that I most enjoyed about the year six residential was the teamwork involved to achieve the fun activities. I love also sleeping over in a tent with my friends. Parents feedback:
“I just wanted to thank you all for your involvement in the Year 6 residential event. My child is not an outdoors person and normally does not enjoy such events but she had an amazing time on both days” – current Yr 6 parent
