Term Begins

− Nursery children may arrive between 8 and 8.40am
− Group 1 – children in Reception to Year 3
− Group 2 – children Year 4 to Year 8.

Children in Group 1 should arrive between 8.00am and 8.15am. Children in Group 2 should arrive between 8.20am and 8.35am. If you have children in both groups, please drop both children off at Group 1 time. The older child will be able to stay on the playground where they will be supervised by a
member of staff. We request that all children in Year 1 to Year 6 make their own way to the classrooms from the carpark. A member of staff will be on hand to help children and welcome them into school. Reception children may continue to be accompanied by parents to the classroom.

Dismissal
Pre-prep children have 4 possible pick-up times:

1. 3.20pm – End of the Pre-Prep school day
2. 4.00pm – After Clubs pickup. Please note, Time to Play will only be available for free to Pre-Prep children who have a sibling in the Nursery who is staying until 4pm, or a sibling in Years 3-6 who finishes school at 4pm. If other parents wish to use this facility it will be charged.
3. 5.15pm – After Cosy Club
4. 6.00pm – After supper.

Prep children have 3 possible pick up times:

1. 4.00pm – End of the Prep school day
2. 5.15pm – After clubs pickup
3. 6.00pm – After supper.

Any parents picking up at 6pm after supper are requested to park at the front of the school in the visitor parking bays and alert the member of staff to their presence by knocking on the dining room window. The member of staff will then bring your child to you through the catering entrance door.
